It's just the bottom, not the tires, they don't hold the road at all, they wander in the lane, and they're noisy. But that's not the main drawback, the main one is that they're uneven, which isn't noticeable during balancing. I've had them balanced 4 times at different service centers - it didn't help, at speeds over 120, a wild vibration starts on the steering wheel and throughout the body. I don't recommend wasting your money.
