I've had a chance to try them out a bit, and I have something to say.
First of all, it's the price, of course. I was looking for something for my old bus. In the end, I came to the conclusion that it's better to pay a bit more and get new ones rather than some unknown ones, etc. The GAZelle ones didn't fit because the native wheels have a 14-inch radius with a "C" prefix. And here I had two options: either order spacers for the GAZelle bolt pattern, collect more or less suitable tires, or just not bother and get new ones, which, in terms of cost, turned out to be roughly the same. I chose the second option and didn't regret it)
Now about the ride.
I planned to drive more on dirt roads, to get firewood, deliver to villages, well, it's more profitable to get all-season tires in terms of finances. In the fall, they're like a tank. Very much liked them. They're noisy on the highway, but that's not a problem, the diesel engine in the cabin neutralizes it) Now, on a winter road, it's a bit scary, of course, but the bus has a cruising speed of 60, a maximum of 80 downhill) so it's not a problem either. At 40 in the city, it drives quite well.
Of course, it can skid on ice or even get stuck, but I try to drive as carefully as possible and avoid unpleasant situations on the road. Rain is also not a problem, it handles well on the highway and dirt roads. I didn't get stuck, just a little rocking and it pulls out. What else. There are places for studs. But I'm not planning to stud them yet, I don't drive it that often. I'm thinking of getting the same ones for my Niva, but it's not a priority right now, the Niva is disassembled. If it were 5 thousand per tire for the Niva, I would probably get them)))
The set cost around 30. 4 wheels for 6 each, delivery by business lines, plus tire mounting, wheel preparation, etc.
So, there's not much to add. There are no universal things, each has its own purpose. For my tasks, these tires are great, and the price is nice for quite rare 14C ones. And as a bonus, the tread pattern matches the body color) stylish

Haven't had a chance to install them yet.
All 7 tires look good visually, surfaces without defects. The tread is very deep, about a finger thick, so the base is a bit smaller and the tire seems smaller than usual. The tread is soft, which gives hope for a pleasant winter operation.
Plus, the design is fun, the letters are highlighted in white.- Size:

Average, but for this money it will do. Previously, Maxxis BigHorn tires were installed. With the same size, 31*10.5, the West Lake tires are about 2-3 cm narrower compared to Maxxis, so the Chinese are lying about the size. They also hold the road on asphalt worse. The balancing is different, 1 wheel + 20 grams, and on the other, either 80 or 100. I hope that at least they won't wear out quickly, but that's what they say, time will tell.

I couldn't find off-road tires for R14 for a long time, and oh God, here they are. I often drive my Busik to ride motorcycles in the mountain gorges, and this is exactly what I needed. On gravel, it's just cool (like on asphalt), it swallows even large stones and doesn't feel them. On mountain asphalt, you can't speed up much, well, it's a bit noisy, but it's not critical for a diesel engine at all. I'm very pleased. By the way, the balance is also good. Next year I'll get ones for Hover R17.
