I put Funtik tires on my wife's car. From 20km/h it starts to hum, after 60km/h there's a ROAR like in an airplane.

The overall impression is great, but: I'm curious, why is delivery not possible at PVZ? I mean, people receive such large and oversized items there, and yet 4 small tires can't be delivered...
