All-season tyres.
I was pleasantly surprised (although I was afraid of it), that in winter, they behave fantastically: apparently due to the longitudinal grooves in the tread: snow and dirt are pushed out and traction is restored.
I noticed long ago (even in the 90s), that studs are useless, and the winter tread sometimes gets clogged with snow and dirt, becoming very slippery. So, the most optimal option for winter (
