Overall, I think the tire is decent, but it's a bit noisy. I haven't tried it on snow or ice (it's a summer tire, after all). It's rated a hard 4.

Good summer tires for a reasonable price. In my opinion, tires are noisy at speeds above 100 km/h. Balancing was done without much difficulty.
