I ordered a set of four 185/70 R14 tires for my car on Ozon and had them delivered to the PEC logistics center. I paid for everything, but when the order arrived, it turned out that one of the tires was the wrong size, R15. Naturally, I immediately contacted the seller, Mosavtoshina. I waited for a response all weekend, but there was complete silence. On Monday, communication finally began, but the dialogue was painfully slow, with messages arriving every hour or two. In the end, I was offered a choice: return the entire order or exchange the incorrect tire for the correct one. I agreed to the exchange. But then the most inconvenient part began. I was told that according to their rules, I had to first take the incorrect tire back to the PEC logistics center (at their expense, of course), and only after that would they send the correct one. It was inconvenient for me to go to this pickup point, but I had no choice - I fulfilled their requirement. A few days later, I received the tracking number for the new tire. I, hoping for a quick finale, went to pick it up. And then - a new surprise. Last time, I was given the order at the PEC logistics center simply by showing the code from the SMS. This time, the staff required a passport. I, relying on my previous experience, did not take it with me. As a result, I had to go back empty-handed and make a second unnecessary trip just because the delivery service does not have uniform rules. As a result of Mosavtoshina's initial error, I spent a lot of time and nerves solving a problem that I did not create. Their support works with delays, and logistics are organized inconveniently for the buyer. I am very disappointed and will no longer do business with this seller.

They look good. I will put them on the disks and write a review. The date on all of them is the same, but the appearance of the dates is different, I hope the dates have not been tampered with.

The quality is good. But winter will show.

The rubber is soft, I didn't see any visible defects. The only thing is that the tire's studs have varying depths of seating.
