Normal tires. Moderately noisy. In the city, they are indistinguishable from the native ones. On the highway, they are also good. I drive rarely, so I have few requirements.

I bought the tires, the quality is good, the handling is excellent. Compared to the shaky Belka in the Grant, it's heaven and earth. I bought it and didn't regret it.
