I chose based on reviews, but as for the price-quality ratio, it would have been better to buy two good ones for this money. I didn't write a review right away for bonuses, but first tested them - previously I had Kumho tires from Korea, and they, already bald, hold the road better than these new ones, both on wet and dry surfaces, and on clay! A penny-pincher pays twice!
