Balanced perfectly, with a minimal amount of weights. Soft, but we haven't had strong frosts yet. Not noisy. Let's see how it will behave when there's snow, black ice. (steering on snow, wear resistance, aquaplaning, steering on wet road and ice, I put one star because of the dry and non-frosty weather we have).
