Tyre reviews Fulda Carat Exelero 1255

Pros: grippy, durable, and most importantly, unkillable! I bought a Focus 2 hatchback in late July with such tires. After almost 3 months of use, not a single problem (and I don't mean hers, below). When I took the car, the tire had cracks from improper storage, but during the time of use, no new ones appeared, and the old ones didn't get any bigger! Now, about the problem! LOUD! Ford is not

Positive: Excellent, very safe tire in all summer situations, dry and wet surfaces, as well. Not a winter tire, so not suitable for snow or ice use.
Negative: At around 10,000 Km they start to be very noisy, and it seems it's going to get worse.- Vehicle:

Not worse than Dunlop SP Sport in the summer, but after the temperature drops, the treadhesion is not even better. Wet handling was almost zero, and treadhesion was at the top class, just like on ice and snow.

This tire is perfectly suited for my car. The previous tires I used were: Pirelly 6000 and Conti SportContact3, they have good performance but generate much more noise. Fulda tires are perfectly suited in all respects - very comfortable (don't know about snowy conditions, where I use winter tires)!

Replaced with Kleber Dynaxer HP2 set. Night and day. Excellent grip in any conditions, branded sidewalls, and they also last very well. Great value for money (they cost me 30% less than Michelin Energy for the same size)

In principle, not bad if it weren't for one thing...
225/55 r16. Car is BMW 520 e-39 2002. As for stability on a straight line, in turns everything is fine. The drift develops very late. To provoke it, you need to make an effort :-) On wet asphalt, there are no complaints. I drove on wet Crimea very energetically. About 160-170 km/h. No problems. If you want to make

I really like it, I will recommend it to many
It behaves perfectly on both dry and wet asphalt. A water layer of a centimeter is overcome without any sensation... it splashes very little water to the sides. The only thing - you can feel the rut.
Pros: Excellent handling
Cons: The rut is slightly felt.- Control on a dry road

Installed in March 2011 (225/45 ZR 17). I didn't see any drawbacks and I didn't find any. Mercedes recommends them as the original tire with its own catalog number. By price- quality ratio, it's simply perfect. By the way, Fulda also produces Maibach Carat Exelero tire (which already tells you something). I'll buy the same one next time.

This is my second set of these tires on this vehicle. I drive pretty hard and fast, and I feel like they are at least equal, if not better, than the Goodyear three-rib treads we have on my wife's vehicle. They'll only last me 40-45K miles, but for less than half the price of the Goodyears... well, you do the math. I'll definitely buy them again, and I'm almost ready to order a set for

The tyres are very well balanced, and hold steady in corners, even on wet pavement.
