Continental tires are homologated for Audi A6
Continental will equip Audi A6 with its summer tires of two models — SportContact 7 of the UHP class and EcoContact 6 Q with reduced rolling resistance — and the car manufacturer also recommends using the WinterContact TS 870 P winter tires in cold weather.
Continental SportContact 7 are designed for optimal handling and reliable grip at high speeds, and the rubber compound and tread pattern were created, among other things, for efficient braking on both dry and wet roads. In Continental, they emphasize that the tires consistently receive high ratings in independent tests, especially in critically important safety criteria, and last year the SportContact 7 in size 255/40 R18 won the ADAC test, receiving a "Good" rating due to balanced characteristics during sporty driving. For the A6, the tires are supplied in sizes 255/40 R20 and 255/35 R21.

Continental EcoContact 6 Q tires are designed for drivers who prioritize fuel efficiency and comfort, and their compound and tread pattern are optimized for both reduced rolling resistance and noise reduction, and the manufacturer emphasizes that these qualities have been improved without compromising safety. The tires are homologated in the same sizes as the SportContact 7.

Continental WinterContact TS 870 P belongs to the category of non-studded European-type winter tires, and their rubber compound remains elastic at low temperatures, allowing for shorter braking distances on wet, cold, and snowy surfaces. Recommended tire sizes: 245/45 R19 and 255/40 R20.
