Wheel manufacturer Borbet acquires Dymag Technologies

German light alloy wheel manufacturer Borbet GmbH has acquired British carbon and magnesium wheel manufacturer for cars and motorcycles, Dymag Technologies Limited.

This strategic acquisition includes the takeover of the Dymag brand, all associated patents, production facilities and the immediate integration of all employees.
