Pirelli wins the Tyre Manufacturers' Cup in the ERC

Pirelli has become the winner of the tire manufacturers' standings in the European Rally Championship (ERC), in which the company competed with HankookMichelin and MRF in the 2025 season. Over the course of the current season, Pirelli's partners won four out of eight stages.

"This season has been incredibly exciting for us in many ways, and the victory is an essential achievement made possible by excellent teamwork," noted Terenzio Testoni, Pirelli's rally manager. "The greatest satisfaction we get is from confirming the effectiveness and reliability of our products in all types of competitions and in any conditions, and the latest example of this was the extremely successful debut of the new Cinturato RWD rain tires, which this morning on a very wet track allowed drivers to show excellent results."

The final stage of the season took place in Croatia, and its winner was John Armstrong on a Ford Fiesta equipped with Pirelli tires. On the first day, in cold weather conditions, he chose a combination of P Zero RA7E and P Zero RA7+C tires, and on Sunday, when the race was held in heavy rain, he switched to the new Pirelli Cinturato RWD.

In the Rally3 category, Pirelli tires were installed on the Ford Fiesta of Polish driver Tymek Abramowski, who won the 2025 season, ahead of his compatriot Hubert Kowalczyk, driving a Renault Clio and also using the company's tires.

The tire manufacturers' standings appeared in the ERC last year, and then Michelin won the victory.
