Nokian Tyres: reductions in Finland — both permanent and temporary

Nokian Tyres has completed important negotiations regarding its personnel in Finland. As a result of these processes, the company has decided to eliminate 35 permanent positions held by office personnel. Additionally, a restructuring of some other areas of activity is planned, and all these measures will be implemented by the end of 2025.

It is worth recalling that at the initial stage of discussions, the tire manufacturer assumed that the total number of employees potentially subject to permanent reduction in Finland could reach 80 people.
