A new director of JSC "Yaroslavl tire plant" has been appointed

On April 1, 2025, Valery Nikolaev was appointed as the director of the tire plant of Cordiant JSC in Yaroslavl, replacing Gennady Yagubyan, who headed a large Russian agroholding.

Valery Nikolaev started his career at Yaroslavl Tire Plant in the 1990s and rose from a worker to a production director. Under his leadership, a new workshop was launched, which, as the company emphasizes, was a landmark event in the development of the enterprise.

"Our goal is not only to maintain high standards of quality and productivity but also to implement innovations that will help us remain competitive in the market," noted the new director of Yaroslavl Tire Plant. "We will work on optimizing processes, improving working conditions, and increasing safety in production. I am confident that together we can overcome any challenges and achieve our goals. Let's build the future of our plant with confidence and enthusiasm. I believe in our team and that we can create something outstanding. Let's make our plant even better together."

On March 31, a ceremonial transfer of authority took place, and Yagubyan handed over symbolic keys to the plant and production documents to the new director.

The company notes that under Yagubyan's leadership, significant successes were achieved, with particular attention paid to investments aimed at modernizing and technically re-equipping the enterprise. Thus, a new production line for rubber mixing was installed, which should significantly improve the efficiency of technological processes and the quality of rubber compounds.

The Yaroslavl Tire Plant was launched in 1932 and is now part of the Cordiant cluster along with sites in Omsk, Kaluga, and Ulyanovsk.
