At YASHZ they summed up the year

In 2024, the Yaroslavl Tire Plant (part of the "Cordiant" holding) once again confirmed its status as one of the largest production sites in the Russian tire industry, and "significant changes took place at the enterprise aimed at increasing labor productivity and improving the quality of products released", reports the corporate newspaper "YASHZ-All-Terrain Vehicle".

It is noted that 3.454 million tires were manufactured at YASHZ, of which 2.391 million were passenger cars and 1.063 million were trucks, and the total fulfillment of the enterprise's key performance indicators was 104%. 

New equipment is being installed at the plant, which will allow increasing the production of rubber compounds. At the same time, in 2024, "in order to level out the shortage of rubber compounds, the plant's specialists successfully worked out the recipes of compounds from other company sites (Kaluga, Ulyanovsk), which are currently being supplied to YASHZ".

In 2024, workers' income increased by 15%, and from February 1, 2025, wages will be indexed again and will increase by an average of 10%.

In the outgoing year, YASHZ also confirmed its title as a leader among industrial enterprises in the region and was recognized as the winner in the competitions "Best Industrial Enterprise of the City for High Efficiency Indicators and Contribution to the Socio-Economic Development of the City" and "Best Industrial Enterprise of the Yaroslavl Region" in the nomination "Exporter of the Year".
