Milestar enters the winter tire segment

American Tireco has introduced its first winter tire under its private brand Milestar. The novelty, called Milestar Winterguard, belongs to the studded category and is designed for harsh winters, which is confirmed by the 3PMSF and Ice Grip markings (the tires have been tested on both snow and ice).

"This is the first such tire in the Milestar lineup, and its premiere confirms our desire to expand the product range to better serve our customers," the company said.

The tire will be available in studded and unstudded versions, and Tireco adds that "with its innovative tread pattern and high-tech compounds, Winterguard is designed to provide excellent traction, stability, and control in the most challenging winter conditions".

"We strive to offer consumers high-quality tires that meet their needs, especially in extreme conditions," emphasized Mike Park, Vice President of Marketing at Tireco. "The release of Winterguard demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest level of safety, and the new tires will give drivers confidence when they need it most".

Tireco was founded in 1972 and is based in Gardena, California, USA. Under the Milestar brand, tires are offered for passenger and commercial vehicles, SUVs, and ATVs. The winter novelty will enter the market in 2025 in 60 sizes.
