BKT establishes a subsidiary in the Netherlands

Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary of BKT Netherlands BV. The 100% subsidiary was incorporated on May 28, 2025, and was created for "marketing services and trading in tires and accessories".
