Winrun KF997 – a tire for summer operation on a wide range of passenger cars. The model is developed using modern technologies that provide improved traction, both on dry and wet asphalt, minimize abrasive wear and increase resistance to hydroplaning.
The tire is equipped with a directional symmetric tread, the central zone of which is occupied by a solid rib with uneven edges. It provides maneuvering accuracy and quick response, increasing the overall level of driving safety. Diagonally directed blocks in the middle and shoulder areas form a multitude of grips, which not only increase traction but also minimize the likelihood of lateral displacements. Wide "shoulders" in combination with reinforced sidewalls guarantee the stability of the car during maneuvering. This factor also affects protection against lateral damage.
A new generation rubber compound was used as a compound, which contains many additives. Advanced mixing technologies were applied to ensure their uniform homogenization. This made it possible to increase not only mechanical strength but also improve traction properties and reduce wear.
