The tire uses a "hybrid" carcass, which is a "layered cake" of steel and synthetic cords. This design combines a relatively low weight, excellent mechanical strength, and elasticity. The large distance between elements and the presence of special protrusions in the grooves allow the tread to intensively self-clean from soil particles and stones.
