Description WestLake WDA2
The WestLake WDA2 commercial tire, installed on the drive axle of cargo vehicles operated in winter conditions, is characterized by an increased contact patch, a large number of gripping edges, and improved traction on snowy sections.
The tire tread contains a multitude of middle blocks, which are supplemented by lamellas. This creates a large number of gripping edges, enhancing the model's passability. This same factor also has a positive effect on reducing the braking distance.
To enhance the self-cleaning function, an extensive network of channels is provided, which open outward in the shoulder area. This structure reduces aquaplaning to minimal values.
The rubber compound with silica content and the metal cord carcass provide good resistance to mechanical stress and deformation, extending the service life.
