Description WestLake CM954
The WestLake CM954 commercial tire is designed for medium-capacity trucks and special equipment based on them. It is installed on the driving axle. It is characterized by increased efficiency on slippery surfaces and a long service life in the most severe operating conditions.
The tread pattern features open shoulder zones. The blocks that form them are arranged in groups of two elements each. This increases the length of the transverse traction edges and, consequently, the traction force on slippery surfaces. The composite structure also features a wide longitudinal rib in the center. It reduces rolling resistance and, interacting with the rigid blocks in the shoulder zones, prevents uneven wear. The carcass design is reinforced, which increases the tire's load capacity and reliability in heavy operating conditions.
Main features:
- open shoulder zones with paired blocks increase traction force on slippery surfaces, prevent uneven wear;
- a wide central rib reduces rolling resistance, improves high-speed directional stability;
- a reinforced carcass increases the tire's carrying capacity and reliability in heavy operating conditions.
