Vredestein Wintrac Ice

The Vredestein Wintrac Ice winter tire is mainly used on small and medium-sized passenger cars. It is offered in two dozen sizes for 15-19-inch wheels. It is distinguished by its high efficiency in the most unfavorable winter conditions, demonstrating excellent braking and traction properties, as well as stability at high speeds.

The tread of the tire is made from a rubber compound, the properties of which were selected taking into account the climatic characteristics of Northern Europe and Canada. The use of high-dispersion silica allows the tire to remain elastic at extremely low temperatures. At the same time, special polymers, also present in the compound, ensure its homogeneity and excellent thermomechanical strength. The tread pattern is made in a symmetrical directional design with very long V-shaped edges, formed by the arrangement of numerous blocks. This solution gives the tire directional stability and traction properties on any slippery surface.
