Vredestein Quatrac Pro

The all-season tire Vredestein Quatrac Pro is designed for compact and mid-size passenger cars with improved dynamic characteristics. It is intended for operation in the conditions of so-called "European" winters. It is distinguished by improved traction on wet and snowy roads.

The tread is dotted with numerous lamellas. Two types of such grooves are used. The inner side contains wavy lamellas, which increase traction and braking efficiency on rolled snow. At the same time, the shape of the grooves, limiting the mobility of the blocks, provides precision handling and resistance to lateral skidding in such conditions. The outer side of the tread contains Z-shaped notches. These elements additionally enhance the drainage of the water contact patch, preventing the formation of a continuous water film.
