The Volex SKS-3 special tire is designed for equipment operating in demanding environments — metal scrap yards, waste sorting complexes, waste recycling facilities, and more. As such, it is subject to extreme requirements: sharp metal edges, glass, rebar, abrasive dust, and a constant risk of puncture. The model is created specifically for these conditions, prioritizing "survivability" over comfort.

Ultra-Deep Tread Depth

The tread pattern is based on large-format blocks with an increased support surface. These are not just elements, but power structures designed to withstand peak loads when contacting deformable and aggressive surfaces. The block width redistributes pressure, reducing the risk of local penetration of sharp objects.

The tread depth is intentionally increased relative to standard industrial norms. This solution has three objectives: protecting the carcass, increasing the resource, and maintaining the effectiveness of traction for a longer period.
The massiveness of the blocks, combined with optimized geometry, ensures the stability of the loader when maneuvering on piles and dumps. The equipment does not skid, does not slip off the trajectory, and confidently positions itself when loading cargo.

Rubber Compound

A mixture is used here, developed for a specific scenario — contact with metal scrap, glass, construction waste, and abrasive inclusions. The key properties of the material: resistance to cuts, protection against scratches, and abrasion resistance. The compound retains its properties regardless of the type of contamination — oil, technical liquids, dust, water do not change the coefficient of friction and do not provoke slipping.

Universality of Application

The tire is produced in modifications adapted to three classes of machines: forklifts, mini loaders with side shift, and excavator loaders. The unification of the model allows reducing warehouse nomenclature and simplifying replacement while maintaining specialized protective properties.
