Description Volex L2
The Volex L2 tire is designed for use in front-end loaders, graders, and other equipment used in a wide range of earthwork applications. It is characterized by increased traction on loose, unstable surfaces, reduced rolling resistance, wear resistance, and increased load-carrying capacity.
The tread pattern is distinguished by an open design with significant voids in the shoulder areas. This design provides high traction properties on soil surfaces, maintaining them when moving in reverse. In the central part, the elements partially overlap each other and are connected by a special reinforcing rib. This reduces rolling resistance and wear, prevents overheating of the tire, and prevents the formation of cracks and tears in the tread structure when the tire is subjected to significant weight loads.
Key features of Volex L2
- optimized profile of the sidewalls and tread increases the contact patch, reduces the risk of tire damage when operating on soil;
- a combined tread pattern with rigid ribs in the center and blocks on the edges provides stable traction and low rolling resistance on any surface;
- a rubber compound with high resistance to wear, punctures, and tears provides the tire with high mileage and excellent reliability
