Description Volex Forklift Solid
Volex Forklift Solid — a multi-layered energy-intensive design calculated for extreme loads, punctures, and wear. It is the gold standard for forklifts operating in intensive mode.
Solid Construction
The main difference between this model and regular tires is the absence of air and a chamber. Instead, it features a rubber array that works as a single elastic body. Technically, this is achieved through a three-layer structure:
- an inner base made of a special rigid elastomer with high compression resistance. It forms a "seat" on the disk and transmits torque without slipping;
- a central bearing layer that absorbs shock loads when driving over obstacles and cushions vibration;
- an outer working layer — a wear-resistant compound with an optimized tread pattern.
The key result is that the model is not afraid of punctures, cuts, nails, shavings, and broken glass.
Grip Without Compromise
Unlike cheap analogs with a smooth tread, this model is designed with a special non-directional pattern. These are engineered channels and blocks that solve three problems at once:
- grip on wet surfaces — the pattern works like a pump, removing liquid from the contact patch;
- minimal rolling resistance;
- self-cleaning from small debris — shavings and sand do not clog the tread, preventing abrasive wear.
Key Features of Volex Forklift Solid:
- solid construction — absolute insensitivity to punctures and cuts;
- special non-directional pattern — stable grip on any surface;
- abrasive-resistant compound – increased resource when working in intensive warehouse conditions;
- resistance to aggressive environments – oils, acids, alkalis do not destroy the rubber mixture.
