Summer tire Tyrex Heavy DT-114 is designed for use on cargo transport that operates in harsh conditions. When creating this model, the company's specialists took into account all possible nuances of operation and focused on passability and increased protection against damage. To achieve this, a new off-road tread and a special reinforced carcass were used.
Off-road tread
Since the cargo tire operates in harsh conditions, an off-road tread is used to increase stability and passability. Two rows of blocks intersecting in the central part provide excellent driving qualities. Sharp lugs increase the grip characteristics with any road surface. Even on viscous soil, the Tyrex Heavy DT-114 tire has excellent passability, with a minimal percentage of wheel slippage. This reduces fuel consumption while driving and increases stability. There are large distances between the blocks, which prevent possible stone jamming and increase self-cleaning. The blocks located in the shoulder area have special depressions. They increase grip and stability when cornering. Due to the intersection of blocks in the central part of the tread, excellent course stability and quick response to steering wheel turns are achieved.
Reinforced carcass
When operating the tire in harsh conditions, it is constantly exposed to increased loads and has a high percentage of damage and punctures. To prevent these negative consequences, a reinforced carcass is used in this model. It is made using a new technology, with modern materials of increased strength. Even with prolonged maximum loads, the tire provides increased reliability and has a minimal percentage of damage and ruptures.
After production, the tire undergoes thorough control, so it fully meets all world standards of quality and environmental friendliness.
