The commercial tire Torque TQ668 is designed for trucks, most of which are operated on slippery winter roads. The recommended axis of installation is the driving axle. It is distinguished by increased traction properties on snow and ice, resistance to damage, and an extended service life.
The tread pattern is notable for its numerous blocks. Their differently directed edges and walls provide excellent traction and stability, primarily on slippery winter roads. The elements are stretched along and connected into ribs by special "bridges", making them less mobile. This significantly reduces rolling resistance, providing good directional stability at high speeds. The arrangement of the blocks in a "checkerboard" order additionally increases the stability of the coupling properties, as well as reduces wear, noise, and vibration.
