Tercelo TCR01 H2 H1 – an industrial tire designed for installation on mobile cranes used in the construction industry. It is characterized by high performance, both on asphalt and off-road. It provides even wear, reliable traction, and has an increased lifespan.
The model is designed to maintain its working properties throughout the entire service life. This was achieved through the use of modern simulation methods. With their help, an asymmetric multi-block tread was developed, all elements of which are formed into several ribbed structures. This structure allowed for good handling while significantly improving traction on unpaved surfaces. Additionally, the working layer of the tread is made of high-strength compound, which even under significant loads retains its shape. This made it possible to minimize the deformation effect, preserving the efficiency of working properties in any conditions. Also, special inter-block bridges were used here, which increase resistance to deformation.
The developed system of channels with an open structure allows for quick cleaning of the contact area not only from water and dirt but also from solid particles. This guarantees the preservation of traction and coupling properties on any surface, minimizing the risk of hydroplaning.
