The Techking Mate D2S C1 L5 special tire is designed for front-end loaders, representing a universal model that is effective in performing a wide range of earthworks. It is characterized by reliable traction and coupling properties on loose unstable surfaces, strength and resistance to abrasive wear, as well as a comfortable ride on uneven terrain.
The tread pattern consists of two rows of massive blocks with elongated transverse walls of a zigzag shape. These elements provide excellent traction on unstable loose surfaces, maintaining it when moving in both directions. Due to the "chess" arrangement, the blocks in the central part form a composite longitudinal rib, preventing the tire from overheating when moving at high speeds with a high load, as well as reducing noise and vibrations. Another important feature of the tire is the compound used in the manufacture of the tread. Its composition has been optimized taking into account the characteristics of the operation of special equipment during earthworks, as a result of which the rubber mixture is distinguished by exceptional resistance to ruptures, the formation of small cracks and abrasive wear.
