The Taurus High Performance summer tire is designed for operation combined with prolonged exposure to high loads that occur during dynamic maneuvering or high-speed movement. In such conditions, it is characterized by stable traction, ease of handling, and on wet surfaces - effective braking and low tendency to aquaplaning.
The tread part of the tire has a profile with variable curvature, which significantly increases the contact patch, and in combination with increased stiffness of the sidewalls, preserves its shape and size during maneuvering and longitudinal accelerations. This noticeably improves the convenience of managing the vehicle, providing excellent stability of adhesive properties and fast and accurate reactions to the driver's actions. The tread pattern is distinguished by the increased width of the drainage grooves. Their volume is more than enough to prevent the occurrence of hydroplaning even in heavy rain.
