The closed tread pattern features a combination of four solid longitudinal ribs. This design minimizes rolling resistance and wear, ensuring reliable handling at high speeds. Another feature of the pattern is the zigzag shape of the longitudinal grooves. This further reduces the risk of aquaplaning on wet surfaces, slows down the process of abrasive wear, prevents the formation of resonant noises and vibrations. Also worth noting is the profile of the tread, with a slight curvature in the central part and a trapezoidal shape with sharpened edges in the shoulder areas. This increases the stability of the traction properties and further reduces tread wear.
