The Shinko 504 motorcycle tire was specifically designed for motorcycles in the "Enduro" category. At the same time, it is offered in a version for both front and rear wheels. In addition, the manufacturer recommends using this tire in conjunction with the 505 model, which is also offered in two versions. Another advantageous feature of the Shinko 504 is its excellent applicability. It is provided not only due to the breadth of the offered size range, but also thanks to a thoughtful approach to its formation.

Optimized off-road tread pattern

Since the Shinko 504 model was initially developed for operation on rough terrain, its tread pattern is characterized by a large depth and a significant number of blocks. In the central part, they have a pronounced rectangular shape, and in the shoulder areas - a trapezoidal shape. This is due to the tasks that are performed by different areas of the tread pattern during movement.

The rectangular blocks in the central part of the tread are arranged almost at a right angle to the direction of movement. Thanks to this, maximum traction and adhesion properties are ensured in the longitudinal direction. In turn, the trapezoidal blocks in the shoulder areas are arranged in a checkerboard pattern, which, on the one hand, allows maintaining directional stability even at significant angles of inclination, and on the other hand, improves passability on unstable soils, such as sand and mud.

Special rubber compound

As is known, a significant part of the operational qualities of a motorcycle tire is ensured by the characteristics of the rubber compound. With regard to the Shinko 504, this statement is more than justified, since it is the rubber compound that allows this tire to demonstrate such confident behavior even in the most unfavorable conditions. This was achieved through the inclusion of carbon-containing components in the composition, which significantly increased the resistance of the tread to various aggressive effects, in particular, to tearing.
