Description Shinko 011 Verge
The Shinko 011 Verge motorcycle tire stands out for its wide range of applications. As a model for sportbikes, it is perfectly suited not only for traveling on public roads but also for racing tracks that open up to everyone during track-days. In other words, this tire combines excellent grip properties with a very long service life. Despite its relatively low cost, the design of this model has applied almost the same technologies as those used by more famous brands.
Zero Degree JLSB Technology
This term hides a special technology for winding the steel cord of the rear tire. Its threads are arranged parallel to the direction of movement. At the same time, the technology of manufacturing the cord does not imply the presence of any seams or overlaps. Thanks to this, it represents a single structural element that is distinguished by very high mechanical stiffness, which in turn allows the tire to "hold its shape" even under significant external influence.
Synthetic Breaker of the Front Tire
Due to the specific features of the operation of the front tire, its creators preferred to use slightly different technologies in its creation. One of the distinctive features of its design is the widespread use of synthetic materials. In particular, the breaker layer was made from aromatic polyamide. This material has high mechanical strength and resistance to high-temperature effects. The practical result of this decision was improved directional stability and high maneuverability.
Main Features of the Shinko 011 Verge Model
- wide range of applications, thanks to the widespread use of modern technologies;
- Zero Degree JLSB technology improves the resistance of the rear tire to dynamic deformation, optimizes the distribution of external pressure over the contact patch;
- the aromatic polyamide breaker allows the front tire to demonstrate excellent directional stability and high maneuverability;
- the aggressive V-shaped design of the symmetrical directional tread pattern has excellent performance, both on the highway and on the racing track;
- excellent resistance to aquaplaning, due to the large number of drainage grooves, as well as their location in the opposite direction to the direction of movement.
