Description Sava Eskimo HP2
The winter tire Sava Eskimo HP2, like its predecessor, is addressed to the owners of powerful passenger cars. The novelty significantly surpasses its predecessor, thanks to a number of differences, both in the design of the tread pattern and in the construction of the tire itself.
One of the innovations is the design of the central longitudinal rib. This element consists of separate blocks of a complex polygonal shape, which has been named the "hook-rib" system. During movement, these tread elements form a multitude of differently directed gripping edges, which provide more effective grip on snow when accelerating and maneuvering on a snowy surface.
The next difference in the tread of this model is the optimized arrangement of longitudinal drainage grooves. It is selected in such a way as to provide the fastest possible removal of water and snow masses from the contact patch.
Compared to the previous model, the shoulder areas of this tire have increased in size. The blocks located here improve the effectiveness of braking on a slippery road and stability when maneuvering while driving on a dry road surface.
Key features of Sava Eskimo HP2:
- the central part of the tread with the "hook-rib" system improves performance when accelerating and maneuvering on snow;
- optimized arrangement and size of drainage grooves improve efficiency in difficult road conditions;
- enlarged shoulder blocks reduce the braking distance, improve handling on a dry road;
- the multi-radius tread profile ensures stability of gripping properties, reduces wear.
