The Satoya R-4 industrial tire is designed for operation on soft and medium-hard ground surfaces. In such conditions, it is characterized by high traction properties, resistance to lateral skidding, and durability to abrasive wear, punctures, and tears.

The tread pattern of the tire features two rows of off-road lugs with elongated transverse walls. Their height increases as they approach the edges of the tread, which makes the traction properties on ground surfaces even better. In the central part, the elements overlap each other. This reduces rolling resistance and heat buildup when driving at high speeds.
