Description Sailun STRMAX
The Sailun STRMAX tire is recommended for installation on the carrying axles of trailer equipment. It is designed for use in medium and long-haul transportation. It is characterized by increased carrying capacity, fuel efficiency, and directional stability when towing on dry and wet surfaces.
The closed tread pattern consists of massive solid longitudinal ribs. Rigid elements minimize rolling resistance and even out the pressure on the road surface, increasing wear resistance. The increased width of the ribs at the edges of the tread enhances this feature. A pair of elements in the central part contains lamellas that increase the intensity of braking on a wet surface. At the same time, the increased volume of grooves allows avoiding aquaplaning.
Key features of Sailun STRMAX
- lamellas in the central part provide intense braking on wet surfaces;
- wide grooves effectively combat hydroplaning;
- special rubber compound and extended shoulder ribs increase the tire's mileage due to increased resistance of the tread to wear.
