Additionally, this property is enhanced by the uniform distribution of external load over the entire contact patch area. These features improve several ride qualities of the tire - handling, traction when maneuvering, rolling resistance. Moreover, the wear of the tread is reduced, which increases its service life.
Progressive compound composition
This model is one of the first to receive a rubber mixture with a significantly updated composition. The key innovations were high-dispersion micro-silica and modified butadiene-styrene rubber. The first component improves the ability of the tread to tightly fit small road irregularities, which increases traction with the coating. In turn, MS-rubber provides more uniform mixing of the ingredients of the rubber mixture. This improves its homogeneity and, as a consequence, operational properties.
