The summer tire Saferich FRC-866 is designed for operation with prolonged exposure to extremely high loads. It belongs to the Ultra High Performance category, distinguished by its corresponding driving qualities, ranging from high-speed stability to the ability to slow down intensively on wet pavement.
The tread pattern is notable for the asymmetry of the element arrangement, which largely determines the balanced driving qualities of the tire. Another feature is the arrangement and shape of the transverse lamellas, due to which continuous S-shaped transverse edges are formed in the central part. They improve the coupling properties on wet pavement, cutting through the water film on the road surface and directing excess moisture to one of the longitudinal grooves. Their significant volume allows avoiding aquaplaning at almost any speed.
