Description RoadX WP806
The RoadX WP806 tire is designed with the peculiarities of operating trucks in winter conditions in mind. The recommended axle for installation is the driving axle. It is characterized by improved traction and coupling properties on wet and snowy surfaces, increased carrying capacity, and resistance to damage, as well as fuel efficiency.
The tread pattern is made in a "mixed" design. The central part consists of elongated blocks and a pair of solid longitudinal ribs. This reduces rolling resistance, increases directional stability when moving uniformly. The shoulder areas contain blocks that are unfolded across, which provide excellent traction and braking properties, primarily on wet and snowy surfaces. In the central part, there are serrated lamellas that allow avoiding wheel slippage when starting from a place on an icy surface and shorten the braking distance in such conditions.
Key Features of RoadX WP806
- elongated transverse shoulder blocks prevent uneven wear, improve traction and braking properties on wet and snowy surfaces;
- serrated lamellas in the central part improve longitudinal adhesion on ice;
- special cuts in the longitudinal grooves increase traction and coupling properties on slippery winter surfaces.
