The Roadstone Roadian CT8 summer commercial tire is designed for light trucks and vans. The model is characterized by high load-carrying capacity, long service life, and improved traction and braking properties on dry and wet surfaces.
Two versions available
The tire is offered in two versions. In addition to the standard version, there is an HL version, which differs in increased load-carrying capacity and tread pattern. It features a much larger number of blocks and lamellas cut into them.
Dual shoulder blocks
The durability of the tire under continuous high-load conditions is largely due to the design of the shoulder areas. The blocks that form them have a composite structure, being separated from each other by narrow lamellas. Together with massive sizes, this significantly limits their mobility. This has a positive effect on several operational properties - handling, traction when maneuvering, and durability. It is also worth noting the presence of square grooves between the shoulder blocks. They additionally optimize the load distribution in this part of the tread, preventing uneven wear.
Zigzag grooves
The tread blocks are separated by zigzag grooves. When in contact with the road surface, they form edges of the corresponding shape, which significantly improves traction properties in the longitudinal direction, especially on wet surfaces.
