Description Ringtread RZ12-WKK2
The summer tire Ringtread RZ12-WKK2 is produced by the Italian company Marangoni, one of the world leaders in the field of recovering automobile tires. This model is one of the results of this activity, designed for trailers and semi-trailers used in cargo transportation over medium distances.
Production Features
Being restored, the tire does not differ in its operational properties from its newly released analogs. This is due to the use by the Italian manufacturer of the same technologies as in the production of new tires. A new tread layer is installed on the purified frame from the old tread. The process takes place in a special press mold, affecting the connecting components not only with pressure, but also with high temperature. This provides a very tight fixation of the tread with the frame. In conditions of real operation on commercial vehicles, this technology guarantees the reliability and durability of the tire when continuously exposed to high loads.
Improved Compound
The tire tread is made of a compound whose physicochemical properties are selected based on the specifics of the application of such products on trailers and semi-trailers. In particular, it is characterized by high resistance to overheating, which gives the tire a long service life. Another feature of the tire, provided by the rubber mixture, is reduced rolling resistance.
Tread Pattern
The tire is equipped with a tread containing an increased number of 6 longitudinal ribs. Each of them is executed solid, which makes them very resistant to deformation effects. This property provides the tire with directional stability, constancy of shape and size of the contact patch, as well as uniform distribution of load on it.
