Description Ringtread RD2
The commercial tire Ringtread RD2 is installed on the driving axle. It is designed for use in transportation over medium and long distances. It is characterized by high traction on slippery surfaces, reliability, and long mileage before replacement.
The tread pattern features a directional design with a large number of blocks. The elements have a 4-sided shape and arrangement that reduces rolling resistance and uneven wear, increasing the stability of traction properties. The transverse edges formed by the blocks and the S-shaped lamellas cut into them increase the traction force on slippery surfaces. At the same time, the shape of the cuts further reduces the level of abrasive impact on the tread. Numerous water-dispelling grooves between the blocks minimize the risk of aquaplaning.
