Razi RL4 – a commercial tire designed for steering axle installation. Its application area is cargo transportation used for long-distance hauling. The model is made using modern technologies, which is reflected in the efficiency of its traction and handling sensitivity.
The five-rib tread pattern was developed using modern simulation systems. This allowed combining the reliability of tire fixation on the road surface with the quick response to steering wheel actions. Among the features, it is worth highlighting the wavy channels on the ribs in the middle zone. They improve handling and increase directional stability.
The presence of four circumferential grooves contributes to the rapid removal of moisture from the contact area. This eliminates the risk of hydroplaning even in heavy rain conditions.
The closed shoulder areas perform several functions at once. First, they stabilize the vehicle during maneuvering. Second, they protect against mechanical damage. To this, we should add the presence of reinforced sidewalls, which also extend the service life of the tire, acting as a passive protection against deformation.
