Description Primewell PTL711
Summer tire Primewell PTL711 is specially designed for trucks operating in harsh conditions. When producing this tire, the developers tried to take into account all the nuances of operation, so they paid special attention to reliability and passability.
Unique tread design
Three rows of central blocks improve driving performance (stability and handling). Three deep channels increase self-cleaning, quickly removing water and dirt from the contact patch. Zigzag-shaped lamellae improve traction on wet surfaces and reduce noise while driving. Now even on long trips, maximum comfort while driving will be ensured. The tread has an increased depth, which preserves excellent operational characteristics throughout the entire service life. The shoulder area provides reliable protection against possible damage and improves stability during maneuvers.
New rubber compound
When creating the rubber compound, new additives were used that increased the traction characteristics of the tire. A high silicon content increased the tire's wear resistance, increasing its mileage. The addition of silica increased the elasticity of the tread, which allowed for improved traction on wet road surfaces and restored the tread's properties. Also, the new rubber compound and optimized tread pattern reduced the rolling resistance, which reduced fuel consumption while driving.
Reinforced carcass
The carcass is made of several layers of durable cord, so it has increased reliability. Even under maximum loads, the tire will provide excellent protection against possible tears or damage.
Main advantages of Primewell PTL711
- excellent traction characteristics are provided by the new tread pattern;
- increased passability is achieved through the use of a unique system of lamellae and water channels;
- maximum protection against damage and tears is provided by the reinforced carcass and reinforced shoulder area;
- excellent stability during maneuvers is provided by the sharp edges of the blocks in the shoulder area;
- minimal noise while driving is achieved through the use of a large number of lamellae of various shapes and depths.
