The Powertrac Snowtour winter tire fits most popular passenger cars. The model is offered in a wide range of sizes with diameters from 13 to 17 inches. The operating properties are selected taking into account the climatic conditions of European countries and the Russian "middle zone". The non-studded tire shows the greatest efficiency on asphalt and snowy surfaces.
The tread pattern is made in a directional design with a V-shaped arrangement of transverse edges and three wide longitudinal grooves in the central part. Such features significantly reduce the risk of slushplaning and aquaplaning, providing the tire with high longitudinal traction, especially on slippery and snowy surfaces. In addition to the grooves, the tread pattern contains a large number of wavy lamellas. Their multidirectional arrangement allows them to effectively prevent both longitudinal and transverse skidding, mainly on rolled snow and ice. In the shoulder zones, the blocks are arranged in pairs, which increases the contact patch and, along with it, the stability during maneuvering.
