Description Powertrac PowerSteerer
The Powertrac PowerSteerer commercial tire is designed for use in regional and highway transportation. It is installed on the steering axle of large-capacity trucks. It is distinguished by ease of handling, the ability to brake intensively on wet surfaces, fuel efficiency, wear resistance, and puncture resistance.
The closed tread pattern is a combination of five longitudinal ribs. In the central part, they are composed of blocks with curved transverse edges. This significantly increases the braking intensity on wet surfaces. The central rib and similar elements on the edges have increased stiffness, which achieves high resistance to uneven wear, slows down the process of abrasive wear of the tread.
Key features of Powertrac PowerSteerer
- rigid ribs in the middle and edges of the tread increase wear resistance, directional stability at high speed, comfort in handling when maneuvering;
- curved edges of blocks provide intense deceleration on wet surfaces;
- ribbed profile of the outer edges of the shoulder areas prevents uneven wear, improves ride smoothness.
