The Pirelli PZero Corsa System summer tire is designed for the most dynamic modifications of passenger cars. It is distinguished by uncompromising, sports-tuned handling, reliability of grip at extremely high speeds, and stability on wet surfaces.
A significant part of the technical solutions applied in this model were "borrowed" from sports tires for road-ring racing. One of such borrowings is the rubber compound, which is characterized by an ultra-high content of silicon dioxide and the presence of special polymers in the composition. This gives the tire exceptional tear and tensile strength with high elasticity, improving grip on wet surfaces and maintaining integrity under extreme loads. The asymmetric directional tread pattern enhances these properties due to the presence of large deformation-resistant elements and volumetric drainage grooves.
