The Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa V2 SC1 motorcycle tire is designed for sport superbikes. It is one of two modifications of this model, differing in a more "cold" range of working temperatures of the tread.
Structurally, the tire differs little from racing tires from the WSBK championship. In particular, the same chassis is used here with a super-high density arrangement of synthetic fibers. This provides both deformation resistance and elasticity, which increases riding comfort and makes the handling process simple and easy. These same properties are provided by the optimized tread profile. It increases the size of the contact patch and maintains it at any angle of the motorcycle. It is worth noting the absence of drainage grooves in the shoulder areas, which also enhances grip in corners.
